The awe-inspiring event unfolded during a practice session ahead of the prestigious surfing competition. Upwards of 200 dolphins initially appeared in the lineup, creating an incredible spectacle. From this vast gathering, a smaller pod of around 30 dolphins specifically joined Colapinto on a single wave, turning a routine practice into a once-in-a-lifetime marine interaction for the renowned surfer.
