For over 23 years, Teresa has been the heart and soul of this Derby Road institution, personally cooking an estimated million or more of her much-worshipped hash browns. Her dedication has cultivated a loyal customer base, with some patrons returning since the very first day, witnessing generations grow up around their tables.

The undisputed star of the menu, the hash browns, stand apart from the standard frozen variety. Teresa’s rendition is a freshly made potato rosti, a detail frequently lauded in glowing reviews and on Post-it notes proudly displayed on the counter. These crispy, golden delights are the reason many declare them the “best hash browns in the world.”
