For decades, VFW Auxiliary 9242 has been a steadfast pillar of support within the community, consistently serving veterans and their loved ones since its inception in 1947. Their unwavering commitment ensures that every dollar raised directly addresses the pressing needs of those who have served our nation.

In these challenging economic times, the demand for veteran support is more critical than ever, highlighting the urgency of such dedicated fundraising efforts. One hundred percent of the proceeds from this event are channeled directly into vital programs, including scholarships, emergency assistance, and specialized support for veterans.

Attendees will not only enjoy stellar entertainment but also contribute to a crucial mission, helping to replenish funds that empower these essential services for our community’s heroes.

The event, set to unfold from 9 AM to 9 PM on September 13th at the expansive Bolado Park Event Center, located at 9000 Airline Highway in Tres Pinos, offers a full day of activities. Local veteran-focused nonprofit groups, such as the American Legion, will be actively participating, with “Battleborn BBQ” serving up delicious sandwiches, and Honor Flight also hosting an informative booth.

Master of Ceremonies and Speaker Extraordinaire, Ed Crooner, will expertly guide the day’s proceedings, introducing seven dynamic bands vying for top honors in a captivating musical showdown. Each band will deliver up to an hour of their finest performances, ensuring a high-energy atmosphere.

Beyond the vibrant live music, the event boasts a dazzling display of hot rods for the Inaugural Car Show, where attendees can cast their ballots for their favorite vehicles to determine the top three in show.
